If for any reason the guest would like to change/try another stylist, feel free to do so.

Commitment To Service

Advanced Hair Etc is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of our guests. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our guests.

Service Guarantee

Our goal is 100% guest satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon. Guest is required to call within 1 weeks of the service received.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10 minutes prior your reservation on time. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty and we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals. If a guest is tardy, Advanced Hair Etc has the right to reschedule some or all the services scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

In consideration of our other guests and our service providers, Advanced Hair Etc requires 24 hour notice of any cancellations.

No Shows

Guests who often cancel or “No Show” appointments will no longer be able to schedule appointments but will always be welcomed as a walk in guest.

Courtesy Calls

Advanced Hair Etc reminds guests through phone calls, texts or emails about future reservations; However, it is the responsibility of the guest to remember the date and time of reservations.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy at Advanced Hair Etc. We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer, and we are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We do not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this statement.
